Cousins Construction were given the opportuinty to tender for this project by an Architectural practice with whom we have worked for many years.
The project involved the internal and external refurbishment of the property coupled with the formation of a large waterproof basement which along with a refurbished ground floor area would form a Hacker kitchen showroom. The project also involved the extension of the roof in order to provide three lettable flats above the show room.
This project demonstrated our ability to work in a commercial market whilst maintaining the standards of the private sector. The project was completed on programme and the showroom has been a great commercial success.
