Cousins Construction specialise in high quality refurbishments and extensions to existing domestic properties. We have carried out a multitude of successful projects over the last 20 years often returning at the request of our satisfied clients to carry out further extension and alteration works.
Our directors are tradesmen who have a personal involvement in every project to ensure minimal mess and disruption is caused during the refurbishment works. We consider ourselves extremely capable and competitive in this market.
Commercial Construction
Through expansion from a very successful domestic base, Cousins Construction have diversified into the commercial sector market, undertaking a range of successful projects from dilapidation exercises through to the complete refit of high quality office space. Cousins Construction are a very well organised, professional organisation who meet time and cost deadlines and produce a high quality finish that ensures repeat business from our existing clients.
We have found that a number of our commercial clients have been so delighted with our product and service that we have subsequently undertaken work at there domestic properties.
Specialist Joinery
Cousins Construction started life as a specialist joinery company and have expanded by recommendation from there. Our directors are carpenters and joiners who still have a direct hands on involvement in the day to day running of the business
We have successfully made kitchens, cupboards and staircases as bespoke items for our clients and are experts at creating one off feature items to meet our client's specific requirements. We directly employ our labour force based upon the quality of their work and have complete control accordingly.
