This project involved the extension and refurbishment of the penthouse apartment located in Hamilton House which overlooks Lords Cricket Ground. There were a number of challenges that needed to be overcome on this scheme most significantly the height of the building and the requirement to construct a roof top extension.
Cousins Construction were instrumental in the design of this extension utilising the experience and skills of our supply chain to ensure that wind forces could be successfully accommodated. Our client was delighted with the finished result which incorporates residential living space plus an office area from which to run his business.
