Cousins Construction Ltd negotiated this contract with ARH Associates a Building Surveying and Project Management company for whom we have carried out many successful projects. Our clients had purchased a large vacant school building in Hertfordshire and wished to move there own business to the property whilst also providing a series of serviced offices to let.
Cousins Construction provided a number of extensions to the property which were sympathetic to the type of property and the neighbouring area and fully refurbished the internal space.
Our client was so happy with the work we had undertaken that we went on to extend and refurbish his own family house as well.
